Shantu 72% Dark Chocolate Bar tonka bean These little gems are simplyLast year, we acquired a small amount of cacao from a newish farm in Heredia Province, Costa Rica Shantu, Finca de Cacao. The owners, Oscar and Hilda, farm using agriforestry and chemical free practices, celebrate and protect wildlife diversity on their farm, and are busy planting and farming 12 hectares of cacao trees. A mutual friend introduced us to their cacao, and we loved the powerful cocoa flavour and the slight hint of banana. Enjoy our first
